Please read this document carefully before using the 88000 platform. By registering or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

Prohibited Use
Users are strictly prohibited from using the 88000 platform for any illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, or system manipulation. Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, use unauthorised automation software, or disrupt platform operations is strictly forbidden.
Update Information
Users are responsible for ensuring that the personal information in their account is accurate and up to date at all times. If there are any changes to personal details such as phone number or payment information, users must update them promptly via account settings.
3. Payments, Deposits and Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the 88000 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users may make deposits using supported local payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank Online.
Deposit Terms
- Deposits may only be made by the verified and authorised account holder.
- Minimum deposit amounts vary depending on the chosen payment method.
- 88000 does not accept third-party deposits — only payment methods in the account holder's name are accepted.
- All deposits are final upon confirmation and cannot be reversed.
Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or eWallet registered in the same name as the 88000 account holder.
- Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary depending on the chosen method.
- 88000 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal to ensure transaction security.
- Any suspicious withdrawal attempts or those that do not comply with our anti-money laundering policy will be investigated and may be placed on hold.

88000 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond our control.
88000's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount of the active balance in that user's account at the time of the incident.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, software, logos, brand names, and other materials on the 88000 platform are the exclusive property of 88000 and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 88000.
Account Suspension and Closure
88000 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- Confirmation that the user is under 18 years of age.
- Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or system manipulation.
- Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
- A self-exclusion request submitted by the user.

When an account is closed due to a terms violation, 88000 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.
